Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises, we both agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If we cannot reach a resolution within 21 days, the dispute may be referred to mediation before a mediator agreed upon by both parties, with the costs of mediation shared equally. Legal proceedings may only be commenced if the dispute remains unresolved following mediation.

You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in Qld, Australia and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts and waive any right to object to proceedings being brought in those courts.
